| 1-1/2 pounds London broil, cut into thin strips 2 tablespoons cooking oil 1 (28 oounce) can crushed tomatoes 1 to 2 medium onions, sliced 1 clove garlic, minced 2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 2 teaspoon dry mustard 1 teaspoon sugar 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper Cooked rice Steamed broccoli Brown strips of London broil in hot oil. Remove meat from pan. Drain and clean pan. Pour tomatoes into pan and stir in all remaining ingredients. Replace meat and stir. Cover and simmer 1-1/4 to 1-1/2 hours or until meat is tender. Serve over rice with steamed broccoli on the side. Makes 4 servings. |
