To receive your thank you gift choose one of the following styles and I will make a signature tag for you. You can choose to have your name or a one or two word saying put on your tag. The color choices are listed on the request form (if you choose the funky tag you have to pick a background color and a dot color). After you fill out the form hit the "send" button once. If you mess up just hit the "clear the form" button and start over.
I will make your tags and email them back to you. It will depend on how many requests there are as to how long it will take to receive your free gift. All of the samples on this page can be saved as bonus thank you gifts :-) Just right click and save them to your computer to use any time in your emails.
