2005 has come to an end
to those days we're closing the door
we'll be welcoming a new year
and whatever comes in the year 2006
Bring out the horns and the party hats too
pull out the noise makers and the streamers
for there's going to be a celebration
and a new wish to make for all you dreamers
Plan to make this the best year of all
looking to the future and not the past
begin the year fresh as with a new start
for as quick as it's here it'll be gone so fast
